Tuesday, April 17, 2012 - The bottle was purchased 3 months ago in auctionand was the last out of an original purchase of six. The bottle was opened and left to stand for about 30 minutes. initial tasting was the wine was slightly overchilled. Left in open for a short while before pouring. The bouquet and aromas coming from this wine once poured were excuisite. Post the initial muskiness, a flowery peach, pear and apricot aroma opens andwhen drunk is accompanied by a firm structured crisp flavours. The wine wnet extremely well with the chinese dinner and accompanied a course of steamed garuopa perfectly!
