Wednesday, April 18, 2012 - Epic Wine Dinner at Bourbon Steak (Washington DC): A dense Napa Cab -- full of tart blackberries, blackcurrant jam, plums, blueberry pie, dark chocolate, and lead, with sweet herbs, and loam underneath. Quite nice.
