Saturday, April 21, 2012 - Dark, lush fruit on the nose indicates that this is going be good.....and this wine does not disappoint. Ripe and rich this delivers a full bodied uncomplicated mouthfeel that screams dark black fruit but is not a syrupy fruit bomb that would spoil the experience. It has a nice long finish and leaves you with enough tingling tannins to grab your attention. Although a bordeaux blend, this is more in the New World style. Some might call this a fruit bomb without the weight....I understand the concept but this is better than that. It is what it is.... and I am glad I have more.
