Saturday, May 12, 2012 - Enjoyed at Fralo's with Joye & Sasha for my B-day. Bouquet was difficult to evaluate, given we were seated outside. Dark color. Blackberry flavor profile typical of big Aussie Shiraz, but with a lovely thread of acidity interwoven throughout. Fine grained, almost chalk-like, tannins & a bit of spice round out the lovely & lengthy finish. Good stuff...with lots of life left in it. [14.5% abv.; $60].
