Saturday, June 9, 2012 - opened for our 7year anniversary (2005 wedding year). Decanted for an hour and this win still needs 5 more years. The wine is very rich and complex.Toasted oak, citrus notes, and great acidity. Blown away by how well this wine has held up. For Auberts they are best to be drank early or put away. i will not touch the other bottle for at least 3- 5 years
