Friday, July 27, 2012 - Excellent for a 2000. From magnum. Very expressive nose with ripe dark fruit, licorice, cassis, vanilla, flowers, spice and some damp earth with air. Full bodied, supple creamy palate with very few plush tannins. Not as complex or long as the best vintages, but still great. Drink soon.
