Sunday, September 9, 2012 - An absolutely delicious and thoroughly enjoyable Cristal. Elegant, clean, precise, and beautifully balanced. Nice interplay between yeasty brioche notes and citrusy elements, lemon plus green apple, supported by a persistent mousse. Very nice indeed and a treat to enjoy.
