Monday, September 3, 2012 - Drank for my birthday dinner. Opened and decanted for about 45 minutes before pouring. The intial nose was pretty mild and subtle. On the palate it still had nice soft red fruit and a bit of leather and tabacco. By the second glass it was continuing to open and was showing even more fruit and a rounder finish. I wish I had a few more of these to try after about a 2-3 hour decant.
