Wednesday, September 12, 2012 - Very dark red. Surprisingly not purple. Very smooth mouthfeel. Lots of oak spice and lots of red fruit. Some mint and cherry. Overall a very surprising wine. I had different assumptions for this wine and am pleasantly surprised.
