Wednesday, November 21, 2012 - This was phenomenal. Blackberry, wet hay, black truffles, leather, pencil shavings and after 30 minutes, a lot of eucalyptus on the nose. Soft silky tannins, blackberry, cinnamon and eath on the palate. High acid that is still holding there. A long delicious cinnamon finish. I don't know that this wine is going to get better but I feel it will hold for another 5 years, but it is gorgeous right now. Almost no sediments.
