Saturday, November 10, 2012 - Wine Seminar with Justin Baldwin of Justin Winery (Lincoln Park Binnys Tasting Room): First wine of the lineup. Citrus lemon, some grapefruit and pineapple warm notes and a little other tropical. Almost a tinned variety of greenness. Noticeable alcohol and some diminishing acidity. A little too hot for my taste.
