Saturday, December 8, 2012 - 2nd bottle drunk in 2 days. Liked this better than the first. Seemed not as sweet. Pretty pink in color. A little strawberry and minerality on the nose. Nice mousse and bead. Off dry sparkler with a nice palate of strawberry and minerality. Refreshing acidity. Very good for the price.
