Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - 100% Pinot Noir.....Fresh strawberry, raspberry fruit....good tingle of tiny bubbles, cherry froth, crisp minerals, nice dryness. Has some tasty fruit bowl sprinkled with fresh herbs to it...refreshing, not terrible complex, but refreshing and tasty. Kind of reminds me of a Provencal rose'...with bubbles! Nice sparkle for the money.
