Tuesday, January 22, 2013 - - Garnet color. It's in total harmony with a medium body. Smooth texture with a medium finish - Drinking beautifully now. We decanted for thirty minutes and then rebottled and took to dinner, French Provincial during venison season! It was perfect. The minerality stood up against the game. Tannins are softer and fully developed now with depth of flavor. Aging will not benefit the wine. Drink now.
