Friday, January 25, 2013 - Opened, air in bottle for 45 minutes. Golden straw yellow with huge nose of citrus dripped on fresh cut red apples layered over a distinct & very nice bedrock of minerals. Lovely wine, bright on the palette, good acid, well integrated with a long lingering finish - apples & lime juice at the end. While i expected a bit more, i am very happy to have a bit more... far more approachable in youth than some earlier vintages.
