Friday, February 1, 2013 - Dinner at Elements with Gary, Tom and Jay (Princeton, NJ): This was pre-game at the house to Elements dinner with Gary, Tom, Jay. Double-Decanted for about 30 minutes. may have benefited from a longer decant, but guests arrived and were ready to drink...

Light, golden straw color. Citrus, lemon, mineral, toasted almonds/nuts, vanilla oak. Really spectacular wine, seems very young right now, should keep improving. Will hold remaining bottles - 2+ years
