Friday, February 8, 2013 - Caramel green apples, pear, kiwi, honey, subtle petrol that will probably show much more in a decade probably, nice tart acidity, but not astringent...In fact, I think this wine does a good job showing the distinction between acidity and astringency. I get a nice acidic pop on the finish, but I don't get the mouth drying effect I associate with astringency....
