Sunday, February 10, 2013 - 剛開瓶的果香略顯單薄, 反倒是墨水味比較顯著, 1hr後果香開始轉為明顯, 有著熟黑色漿果香, 並帶有土壤、皮革、菸草和杉木的氣息, 頗有複雜度! 中等偏強的酒體, 柔順而光滑的單寧, 有著相當不錯的複雜度和平衡感, 尾韻長度不錯且有著相當特別的醃製橄欖味, 且在開瓶3小時後仍然散發誘人香氣, 未見衰退!
