Saturday, February 23, 2013 - 15.1% alcohol. This is drinking great right now. Dark red color. Pretty nose of blackberry, with a lightly jammy edge, and rich earth and spice. In the mouth, effusively fruity, with a cherry pie-blackberry jam profile that is not overly sweet or cloying in the least. That's due in part to the earthy undertones and spice profile, along with bright acidity. This is very impressive and perhaps showing its best right now. A-/A
