Monday, March 4, 2013 - Consistent with prior tasting notes. Full of tart apple and having a lime acid complementing a great mineral backbone. The RS level when warmed can be felt and it tastes very much like Spatlese that has been declassified. This has enough power, acid and mineral to last for a very long time. It would be nice to revisit in in 15 years, but I doubt I will have that kind of patience. A stunning qpr from donnhoff.
