Friday, March 15, 2013 - Nose: pear, lemon, peach, mandarin orange, big bouquet which can be picked up far away from the glass

Taste: nice fruit though midpalate with fair acidity, dry, mineral finish which is very long, delicious wine.

This is a fascinating wine, I'm not sure how I would describe this in a blind tasting, the fruit was similar to a german riesling in the nose (though none of the petrol notes), though in the palate it really shows nice transitions across the palate
