Friday, March 22, 2013 - A lovely Aussie Shiraz. Had the opportunity to decant for an hour before drinking. Had a small taste while decanting. Out of the bottle caused a little worry as it was a little hot. It was really worth the wait. Wonderful aroma of coffee, leather, and raisins. Chewy mouth-feel. Deep color, almost black. A great compliment to the beef roast with wild mushrooms.
