Monday, April 1, 2013 - Tasting notes consistent with "ONTHELEES". (obviously) Pale pink in color, tastes of strawberry, raspberry some minerality. Very surprised to see sediment in this, I did not expect that at all. Served this very cold and I was let down a bit at first, after this had some time to warm up (just a bit) it improved. Had this with Easter lunch, BBQ Chicken and Pork and it followed a Washington Dry Reisling that quite frankly, overshadowed it. Still quite good, but I was hoping for more. I have 3 more bottles in my cellar and I'm hoping for a better match next time.
