Saturday, April 6, 2013 - Remarkably fresh with lively pear and pear skin notes. Undertones of almond and wood spices. On the palate, very rich but precise at the same time with nicely focused acidity. Crushed rocks and minerals really stain the palate and provide a sense of weight. This is tasting well now!
