Sunday, April 7, 2013 - Needs to breathe for a few hours to get past the exotic almond and lavender notes. On the third day after opening, this was a very smooth and viscous chard, with plenty of ripe fruit in the middle, Drank like a 91-92p wine. In a precocious stage wight now.
