Thursday, April 11, 2013 - Remarkably fresh and seamless; great clarity, precise, focused; cherries, leather, dill, exotic spice; loads of character; seems as though there is plenty of life here with the impeccable balance this has. More on the high acid end of the spectrum but I think that's what really imparts the vitality.
