Tuesday, May 7, 2013 - Shiny, brown with greenish-yellow rim. Needs time to open. Nuts, milk chocolate, coffee on the nose, not too sweet. The palate is sweet, complex and very spicy, with sharp acidity. Brown sugar, orange, ginger, almonds. Peppery finish. Very long, sweet coffee aftertaste. Very positive.
