Sunday, June 16, 2013 - The demise of the 1997 vintage is highly over-stated/wrong as it pertains to this wine. This bottle was very nicely integrated, while still possessing sufficient tannins to hold it all together. Tart, with a long aftertaste. While a goodly portion of cabernet franc in this wine (38%), there was no leafy, tobacco dominance - nice fruit, smooth and long aftertaste. Glad I have one more - cranberry delight
