Tuesday, August 13, 2013 - Pleasantly surprised. Nice citrus and apple on the nose, but also some decent brioche yeasty hints shining through. Medium and persistent bubbles... which to my surprise,( kept in with nothing more than cling film wrapped around the top of the bottle), lasted three days!Good dosage, balanced well with the body of the wine. Not to shabby at all Cali!
