Wednesday, August 21, 2013 - Lovely. Popped the cork and ran through the Venturi. Nose reeks of class and sophistication. Was VERY tightly wound. Huge polished tannins but with lots of red and black fruits and fresh acidity. Decided to wait on the rest of the bottle until day 2. The journey this bottle took from day 1 to day 2 was amazing. Tannins smoothed out and led way for a wonderfully enjoyable wine with structure, big red fruits, and a long finish.
