Thursday, August 29, 2013 - Resinous and red berry on the nose. A little stinky funk developing. The colour is rather light, not the depth of a lot of Vosne I've had. Perhaps the double oaking played a part in this. The palate is missing the power and a bit of fruit, especially at the price point. Sappy or oaky notes coming through, a little spicy... missing the terroir here. Disappointing for he price.
