Sunday, September 1, 2013 - When poured, the wine seemed soft, with ripe and sweet black fruit and a velvety texture; when it had been cooled down a few degrees, it showed a lovely freshness and almost Burgundian minerality. The oak is well-integrated and adds a lovely warmth; medium weight, good length. Rather lovely. On the terrace at Waldhaus Flims in Switzerland.
