Thursday, September 12, 2013 - Drinking well now with just a half hour of air. Large scale but with a very pleasing degree of elegance. Fruits and wood are integrating and should continue to do so over the next few years. As the acids and tannins subside, this should only get more interesting. Looks forward to a few more in the coming years.
