Thursday, October 10, 2013 - Deep dark blue and black fruits with dark chocolate. Expands across the palate and finishes with some mineral and a bit of salty caramel. 2-3 hours of decant really brought out the complexity and depth of flavors. The mouthfeel got silkier and the finish longer. It was balanced and very drinkable and in the typical Bressler style. I'd leave these alone for 2-3 years or make sure you decant for the wine to reach full potential. The 07 is in a superb place and these usuallyl reward 5-6 years of cellaring so no rush. Very good to excellent with potential to reach outstanding for me.
