Thursday, October 10, 2013 - Great initial spice wafting from the glass, some underlying hints of egg whites and ash, nice bitter sweet cherry on the palate, some disjointed tartness bridging mid palate-finish, short-medium finish...still some tannin. structure...very enjoyable
