Saturday, October 19, 2013 - Opened up after slow oxing for 2 hours, then decanted for 30min before recorking. Bright red fruit, spice, mushroom and lavender on the nose. Mid palate explosion of dried herbs and rasberries. Long smooth finish. This is still a baby but delicious and opening up now!!
