Friday, November 8, 2013 - Garnet. Pale meniscus. Red berry/dried cherry nose. Some pine, earth. Precise, crystalline, red berry (raspberry) in the mouth. A hint of bitter on the finish. Fine tannins. Elegant. Reticent at opening, better with some air. Enjoyable for its elegance - has depth, complexity, but balanced and not sweet or hot.
