Saturday, November 9, 2013 - Good minerality, fruity and spicy typical NZ nose with x-mas spices, dark cherries and cloves. Showing some development with tobacco and meat stock. A bit of fizz in the newly popped bottle but it aired away easily with no signs of spoilage.
