Saturday, November 2, 2013 - A slightly translucent wine with a dark core, cherry red edges, interesting minty aromas, blackberries, raspberries, plums, violets, black pepper, and discrete vanilla. Very tight and tannic on the palate, after some coaxing some flavors of emerge of blackberries, plums, with minty licorice on the midplate. It finishes with a long lasting aftertaste filled with spices, crushed stones, and chewy fine grained tannins. A mid to full bodied rarity, only 33 cases made, it shows impeccable balance and refreshing flavors.
