Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - This is beguiling. The colour is almost translucent and reminds me of Gamay. The middle palate and structure are moving and the nuances are forthcoming: candied apple, rose petals, ripe raspberry, sea salt, granite and cayenne spice, then some dried cherry. Light and yet complex, with the tendency to be obsequious to your palate. The more I ponder, this does remind me of Lapierre. Drink 2014 - 2024.
