Friday, December 6, 2013 - Nose: Well balanced with dark red cherries, dark red fruits, smoke, and charcoal. There is some lacking in depth with this favoring more red fruits as opposed to black fruits.
Taste: Medium/full bodied with medium+ acidity and chewy tannins. The structure is very youthful with dark red cherries, smoke, and charcoal. There is good balance, but without too much depth.
Overall: This is a very drinkable and balance St. Joseph. There is some fleshiness and youth to it, but it's drinking very nicely right now.
