Friday, December 13, 2013 - Wonderful nose of bread & yeast. Ginger notes, pineapple. Concentration of fruit was step above other nonvintage champagnes. Needs time to open up, drank much better once it was allowed to open 45min-1hr; also benefited from reaching room temperature. Wonderfully vibrant effervesce
