Tuesday, December 17, 2013 - Nose closed on opening, untypical for this wine. Some sharp cherry as it opened up. Stinging acidity on entry with a tremendously sharp flavour profile. Like a high acid rose frankly. This is thin but extremely full of sharp cheese flavours. Takes a special person to like this. Will be fascinating to see how it evolves.
