Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Purple plum in color. Nose of cherry with a tad of funk. Smooth and balanced initial palate of cherry and leather. drank well, but over time, maybe an hour later, an earthy bitterness began to set it. Still a very nice wine.
