Friday, January 17, 2014 - I had this with an after dinner cheese plate on 1/17/14. It had a deep, ripe, fragrant bouquet of smoke, burnt toast, mocha, plum, blackberry, licorice, fennel and spice aromas. The palate was rich, layered, powerful and very dry with flavors of toast, blackberry, cranberry, licorice, fennel, pepper and spice.
