Thursday, January 30, 2014 - MASTER BORGOGNA AIS; 10/15/2013-6/28/2014 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Surely the Best Pinot I ever had.
Compared to Douhin-Laroze Clos de Beze has a deeper nose, warmer and less sweeter fruit ... more adult, blueberry and blackberry.
On the palate her comes out the masterpiace!!! Bone-dry and soft, with a touch of salt that balances perfectly with cashmere tannins, sweet, chocolate backbone that reminds me of cola seeds.
Ready to drink now and with a long life ahead.

Che dire.... MOSTRUOSO!!!
Rispetto al Clos de Bèze ha un naso più profondo, più caldo e meno dolce...frutta più adulta, mirtillo e mora selvatica.
In bocca è pazzesco!!! Secchissimo e morbidissimo, con un tocco salino che bilancia alla perfezione un tannino di cachemere, zuccherato, cioccolatoso che richiama la cola.
Già pronto da bere adesso e di gran lunga il miglior Pinot che abbia mai bevuto.
UNA MERAVIGLIA
