Tuesday, February 11, 2014 - Really enjoyed this wine with dinner tonight. Paired extremely well with barbeque chicken (lots of sauce), baked sweet potato topped with cinnamon and chili powder, and stewed kale with cranberries and onions. Based on comments from 2011 I'd say this wine improved some with a little more time in the bottle. But definitely not a sipping wine; this wine is best with proper food pairing.
The body is light/medium.
