Monday, February 17, 2014 - day one: fresh green apples, citrus and some honey... half of the bottle is poured into a halfbottle and stored in the fridge for 5 Days: the wine seems to have more body, still crisp with greenapples but less citrus and more honey/tropical fruit character. its really nice now, bur will probebly get better with age.
