Saturday, June 30, 2007 - I still think this wine is a one trick pony. My girlfriend liked this much better than me. The wine smelled of mint and Eucalyptus with black fruits. The wine is not nearly as heavy as before and the tannins seemed more prevalent. I am not sure if the wine is beginning to crack up or just in an awkward stage. Not bad but not great. I have to say that my tastes have moved to Bordeaux and Chateauneuf de Pape since I purchased these bottles.
