Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - Third bottle. Not as smooth as the bottle that had the sediment, but still better than the first bottle. Dark garnet color, nice and clear. Simple nose of cherry with a bit of a candied hint. Light body with no appreciable tannins. Cherry and raspberry flavors. Good acidity. Finish is mid length and a pleasant surprise. Not too bad now, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve over the next couple months.
